New condominiums offer luxury PLUS north woods style, comfort

The Lodge at Giants Ridge continues its renovation efforts to become The Lodge Condominiums at Giants Ridge. The 92-room all suite hotel has undergone substantial restoration in much of the facility.

About thirty percent complete, the Lodge has added additional soundproofing to all of the rooms, redecorated all of the rooms in a new luxury log style, added pillow top mattresses plus complete kitchens in each and every unit. The Lodge currently offers two types of condominium accommodations (one and two bedroom) with even more lodging options anticipated within next year.

Once renovation efforts are complete, every suite in The Lodge will have been upgraded, renovated and/or expanded, with the final capacity (as a condominium hotel) being the same as it had been prior to the conversion. Individual condo owners will have the ability to lease their unit as a transient suite, identical to the facility’s present hotel operations.
